January 23, 2004, New Hampshire on My Mind...
As we approach the weekend (the last shopping weekend before the New Hampshire blogburst and wall to wall blog extravagazna-- oh, and that primary thing), its time to hear from more bloggers weighing in with their preliminary thoughts.
New Hampshire blogger Kathleen of Unsettled lays it on the line with this piece called "The Status Quo", asking the musical question: "You want four more years of Bush? Are you out of your fucking mind?" Kathleen is a self-described liberal who does not tip her hand as to which candidate she supports (except its not Governor Dean), but she tells it like it is, and why all people of conscience should prefer for our governance some citizen over 35 years of age chosen randomly from the telephone book than our current Administration. The money lines (oh hell, its all on the money), but these are my favorite prose:
"And, you’ll notice I didn’t even touch on the easily preyed upon traits he could easily change to make himself look like less of a jackass - the mispronunciations, the shit eating grin, the talking out of his ass, the hanging his own staff members out to dry, the leaking of the name of a CIA agent as retribution…
"How are any of these traits of an admirable leader? They aren’t. He always looks a little like the cat who ate the canary. Or like he can’t believe his own dumb luck (and, let’s face it, his even being in that office is dumb luck). These aren’t anything a good media adviser couldn’t cure him of, yet he has never hired anyone to take care of his classic "Bushisms". Why not? It could only serve to aide any credibility he hoped to ever have someday. A leader that's a laughing stock... how appealing.
"Even if you’re not a Democrat, you should want someone, anyone else to give it a shot. Couldn't hurt, might help.
"Blind faith in anyone – especially an ill-advised, ill-prepared leader – is a dangerous precipice for us to stand on the edge of as a nation trying to recarve its niche in the world theatre."
You go girl!!! We look forward to more powerful rhetoric from this corner...

I am in a moral quandry.
My friend searches for http://cheating.any1in.us/detective.html detective on google to screen potential roommates.
He found any1in.us , but did not visit.
I, on the other hand, searched for http://cheating.any1in.us/infidelity.html infidelity and found any1in.us.
I went there and found that http://detectives.any1in.us/foster.html foster were easier to find than on google.
Should I tell him that his potential roommate is a http://www.any1in.us/ispynow.html ispynow ?

Excellent, let me know how it works. I'll add methods for retrieving the rest of your collection too (not just the currently reading and favorite books) as well, so that might be a better option than creating xml feeds for each of these things.
